HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Our favourite question! Ordering from our website has never been easier thanks to our quick 1-page checkout. Simply select your correct size following our size guide listed under each product description, and proceed to checkout. Either use one of our express checkout options, e.g. Shop Pay or Apple Pay, or enter your email address and continue to pay with your Credit/Debit card.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
We aim to get your order to you as fast as possible. Delivery times are typically between 1 - 5 working days. If you need your items urgently just contact us before placing your order and we will let you know how soon we can get them to you.
HOW DO YOUR SHOES FIT?
Depending on the brand and silhouette of the sneaker, the size you may require can change. On every product page below the description in bold we have our recommended sizing advice. Of course, everyone's feet are different and with our exchange policy we can always make sure you get the right size you need!
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will keep you updated from the moment you place your order with us to when your goods arrive at your doorstep! Once your parcel has been shipped out, we will let you know and provide the tracking number for you to follow your parcels journey.
CAN’T FIND THE SHOE YOU’RE LOOKING FOR?
If you can't find the specific model or size you're after, you can DM us on Instagram or fill in the contact form with the name of the item and the required size and we'll get back to you asap with a price and estimated delivery!
WHO DO WE SHIP WITH?
We ship all our products with Royal Mail. Depending on the item and size, you will have the option to chose between Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery services. However if for any reason we need to use another courier to ship your parcel we will let you know.
