Returns
We allow returns within a 14 day period. Please let us know within 14 days of you receiving your order and we’ll happily accept your return. Any time after this and the order is unfortunately no longer eligible for a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with no damage and all associated tags/laces included in the box.
Please return the product the same way it was sent (in its original packaging and double boxed to prevent any damage which can reduce your refund amount). You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return them. We advise shipping with a tracked and signed for service for protection and insurance purposes as we are not responsible for any shoes which go missing!
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs.
