We allow returns within a 14 day period. Please let us know within 14 days of you receiving your order and we’ll happily accept your return. Any time after this and the order is unfortunately no longer eligible for a return or exchange.

Please return the product the same way it was sent (in its original packaging and double boxed to prevent any damage which can reduce your refund amount). You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return them. We advise shipping with a tracked and signed for service for protection and insurance purposes as we are not responsible for any shoes which go missing! After we receive the product and do our checks we will refund you the original amount.

Products are strictly examined before exchanges are processed.

DoorstepDrip are not responsible for any minor glue stains or stitching errors on the shoe. These are common. We do not see this as a valid reason for discounts or compensation.

We are a resell store. We do not produce the items we sell. This means we are not liable if the quality of the shoe decreases over time.
