The GymSets Bike Erg is an air-resistance indoor exercise bike built for HIIT, endurance and performance training. Its resistance naturally responds to how hard you pedal, while the adjustable damper lets you fine-tune the training feel for everything from fast cadence work to demanding efforts.

With Clutch Coasting, the flywheel can continue spinning when you stop pedalling, creating smoother transitions between efforts. Combined with air resistance and damper control, the Bike Erg delivers a more natural training experience than a basic fixed-resistance exercise bike.

The self-tensioning polygroove belt drive provides smooth and quiet operation without a traditional chain. It is designed for consistent training with minimal maintenance.

Find Your Ideal Riding Position

The Bike Erg offers extensive adjustability for different riders. The seat height, fore/aft position and angle can be adjusted, while the handlebars move up, down, forwards and backwards. Seat height ranges from approximately 79cm to 103cm.

A welded aluminium frame with steel feet creates a stable platform for demanding workouts. At 43.5kg, integrated front caster wheels make it easier to reposition the Bike Erg when needed.
